Usage:

inst LOGOPEN

CON LOGOPEN

Description:

Open the CON window. The CON window is also opened by the first CON command which displays something, if it is not already open. Once the CON window is open, the Debugger can be started using the standard debugger hotkey Ctrl+D. The hotkey Ctrl+B can also be used to break into the CON DLG mode.
