var := UPPER string

The STx command UPPER converts its string argument to upper case. Note that this command, transgressing the concept of orthogonality in programming, will only process its first argument. Any further arguments will be silently discarded.

See also LOWER and TRANSLATE.

Examples

#a := upper e!ns               // #a will be set to "E!NS"
